If you searched for Sanctuary Home for Children, you've come to the right place, but there's one thing you should know. Our ministry is now publicly known as Sanctuary Ministries, while remaining the same nonprofit organization.
Since 2005, our ministry has grown from a children's home into a broader Christian ministry serving children, widows, churches, and communities throughout southeastern India.
While the orphanage is still a key component of our ministry, God has opened the doors for many other opportunities: education, widow assistance, feeding children in a slum area, Bible distribution, evangelism, water wells, and outreach in surrounding communities.
Today, we use the public name Sanctuary Ministries because it better reflects the full scope of the work God has entrusted to us. Our legal nonprofit name, however, remains Sanctuary Home for Children, Inc.—the name recognized by the IRS, Charity Navigator, Candid, and other organizations.
Our public name has changed, but our mission remains the same: sharing the love of Christ through compassionate ministry in India.
